Polyurethane
Polyurethane adhesive is a type of flexible and colorable sealant based on polyurethane. This adhesive is specifically designed for metals and various other surfaces, providing excellent adhesion speed and a strong and reliable bond. It is highly suitable for both internal and external sealing applications, effectively preventing water and dust penetration. Additionally, it enhances corrosion resistance. Polyurethane adhesive effectively seals gaps, holes, joints, and seams on metal or painted surfaces, as well as on pure metal surfaces.
The resistance and hardness of single-component polyurethane adhesives are measured using a unit called Shore A. Typically, for construction products, a Shore hardness of 40 is common, while higher Shore hardness values are used in the automotive industry.

how to maintain
Polyurethane adhesives in sealed packaging have a shelf life of 12 months from the production date. After that, they start to harden and become unusable. The storage location should be away from direct sunlight and moisture, and the storage temperature should be maintained between +5 to +25 degrees Celsius.
How to use
The first step to using polyurethane adhesive is to buy a gun for polyurethane adhesive, which should be requested from the seller of polyurethane adhesive when buying polyurethane adhesive.
The next step is to hold the thumb on the piston trigger to fully lower the piston rod and place the polyurethane adhesive in the injection gun chamber.
Then remove the polyurethane adhesive placed in the injection gun, about 10-15 cm, and use a pair of pliers or a cutter to remove the polyurethane adhesive attached to the aluminum foil, and then the funnel. Attach the plastic to the cut part of the polyurethane glue and place it inside the polyurethane glue injection gun.
Then the holder or the metal holder of the threaded head of the gun closes the injection of polyurethane glue and now the polyurethane glue is ready to be injected into the desired surface.
